A letter from the founder

Why I built this.

I have spent 15+ years designing and building digital products: e-commerce in my first jobs, payment products inside Elo's innovation team, then marketplaces, real estate platforms and Web3, first as a designer, later leading product.

In 2022 I moved from Brazil to Canada. A year later, my co-founder Daitana and I started Comfort Living, a relocation service that helps Brazilian families build their lives here. She runs the clients. I build every piece of the technology.

Running a real operation taught me the problem this company exists to solve: leads arrive at 11pm on WhatsApp, the knowledge that closes deals lives in one person's head, and every tool we tried could answer, but none of them could sell.

So I built the seller. An AI agent trained on our own playbook that answers in seconds, qualifies every lead, follows up without being reminded, and hands over a full dossier when a human should take it. It has been running our client base 24/7 ever since.

ScaleOn is that technology, rebuilt on Meta's official API so any business can run it: Atena in the conversation, the Brain holding your knowledge, the CRM keeping the memory, email extending the reach, and content feeding the top. One intelligence, shaped to how you sell.

Fifteen years building products, then one product became the company.

2015

Product design in e-commerce SaaS

First years shipping digital products at TrayCommerce / Locaweb, designing for conversion in Brazilian e-commerce.

2017

Payments, inside Elo's innovation team

Senior designer on the innovation team of one of Brazil's largest card companies. Payments became a craft, not a buzzword.

2018

From designer to product manager

Led product on a high-traffic marketplace, then real estate platforms and Web3 products.

2022

Brazil to Canada

Moved to Quebec and kept building products for companies in Montreal.

2023

Comfort Living is born

Co-founded a relocation service for families moving from Brazil to Canada. Daitana runs the clients; I build every piece of the technology.

2024

The AI that runs the operation

Designed and built the full stack: the platform, the CRM, the content pipeline, and the AI agent that answers, qualifies and follows up on WhatsApp, 24/7, on a real client base.

2026

That technology becomes ScaleOn

Rebuilt on Meta's official API as a product any business can run: Atena, the Brain, the CRM, email and content, one intelligence.
